How to get a Yu Sleep refund

Every order on the official offer carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. The clock starts on the purchase date, not the delivery date.

1. Request the refund within 60 days. Use the BuyGoods order lookup, or email support@yu-sleep.com with your order number and the words "refund request" in the subject line.
2. Follow the return instructions you receive. If you are asked to send bottles back, opened and empty bottles are normally accepted. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number.
3. Wait for the refund. BuyGoods states that refunds take 3 to 5 business days and go back to the original payment method.
4. Keep everything in writing. Save the confirmation email. If you phoned, follow up with an email that summarizes the call.

Send the refund request by email today so there is a dated record, then call. A request made inside the window counts even if the reply arrives after it. If you get no answer from either team, your card issuer's dispute process is the last resort; issuers generally want to see that you tried the merchant first, which is another reason to keep the emails.
